Please review the following policies prior to your visit. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Reservations
Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you may relax and enjoy a complimentary beverage before being seen.
It is our priority to begin services at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment in fairness to other scheduled appointments.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
To schedule, confirm, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, please call our office directly. We are unable to accommodate appointment changes via email, text message, Instagram DMs, or Facebook Messenger.
Appointment confirmations are sent to the mobile number or email address provided at the time of booking. If an appointment remains unconfirmed, our team may place a courtesy call the day prior. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure contact information is accurate and up to date.
Please note: not confirming an appointment via email or text reminder is not considered a cancellation. To avoid fees, cancellations or rescheduling must be completed by phone with the required notice. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy below.
Consultations
At this time, JENNATY Med Spa offers complimentary consultations. Consultation availability is subject to provider scheduling and may require a credit card on file to reserve time.
Deposits
For select services, events, or extended appointment times, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. When applicable, the deposit amount and notice requirements will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
Failure to cancel within the required notice window may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Due to high demand and reserved appointment time, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice
Appointments missed without notice (“no-shows”) will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
JENNATY Med Spa reserves the right to restrict or refuse future bookings for repeated missed appointments, including three (3) or more no-shows consecutively or within a six-month period.
Series Purchases
All treatment packages and series are non-refundable and non-transferable, and expire one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased in any amount in-spa or online and do not expire. Gift cards become active 24 hours after purchase and may be redeemed in person toward services, treatment series, or retail products.
For security purposes, gift card purchases over $500may require ID verification.
All gift card sales are final. If a payment used to purchase a gift card is disputed, reversed, or charged back, the associated gift card may be voided. JENNATY Med Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced gift cards and they will not be replaced.
Payments
We accept cash and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). We do not accept personal checks.
Payment in full is required at the time of purchase for all services and treatment series.
Returns
All sales on services, treatment series, gift cards, deposits, and opened products are final and non-refundable.
Unopened retail products may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

By booking an appointment or receiving services at JENNATY Med Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
